Why are Cetacea Center's courses more expensive?

You get what you pay for! No comparison, no harm!

Apart from constantly improving the overall capability of the dive center, the teaching abilities of our instructors, and their emergency response skills,
our materials are updated and innovated every year to make your learning process smoother, safer, and more enjoyable!

In professional knowledge, expertise is priceless, and so is life.
For us, having a coaching certification is essential, but the real question is whether the instructor can actually teach. That’s what learners should observe!

At Cetacea Center, all of our instructors, even with certifications, must pass rigorous internal internship hours and practical skills assessments.
In addition to the system-required emergency response certification, they must also hold an EMT-1 certification from the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Taiwan in order to teach.

PS: EMT-1 certification is recognized by ambulance and volunteer fire departments, ensuring more professional emergency handling, especially for pre-hospital care.
This allows us to provide better and more appropriate help in case of an emergency, whether by the sea or anywhere else!

Where is the accommodation available?

Whale Vision currently only offers accommodation at our Hengchun location!
For other areas, we collaborate with other Whale Vision-certified partners.

Although Whale Vision is a dive center, even if you’re not diving,
you’re still welcome to book a room, reserve a bed, and join us to meet new people and have fun together!

What are the Differences Between Systems?

Actually, the system courses are quite similar, and the most important thing is to find the dive center and instructor that best suit you!
There is no "best," "greatest," or "worst" system. It all comes down to understanding your learning goals, and then evaluating whether the dive center and instructor align with your expectations.

At Whale Vision, our focus is on: "Safety, Relaxation, Happiness, Patience, and Continuity."

Can I learn if I can't swim?

Yes, you can! Even if you're afraid of water, you can still learn!
The phrase "learning is a lifelong process" should not be limited by anything; as long as you are willing, you can overcome any difficulties! We have worked with many students who couldn't swim or were very afraid of water. Although the learning process may have some setbacks, you will definitely gain something from the accumulation of time and experience!
