Description
🎯 Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to overcome their fear of water — starting in the pool!
You’ve probably felt it before — watching others enjoy the water so effortlessly, and feeling a bit envious inside.
But regular swim classes are only 45 to 60 minutes…
Just as you're starting to get used to it, class is over.
Next time, it feels like you're back at square one.
That’s why this program includes 5 sessions, each 2 hours long —
plenty of time to really settle in, feel safe, and grow.
Don’t think you can’t do it — your progress will surprise you.
You’re much more capable than you think!
Registration Requirements
Who can join:
Anyone who is in good health and wants to learn, challenge themselves, and overcome their fear of water is welcome to join!

This course is designed for anyone who is afraid of water or has little to no experience in the water. 🌊

Fear-of-Water Course

Theory & Land Training
• 2–3 hours of guided learning on land
Pool Training
• 5 sessions × 2 hours
• 10 hours total
We’ll first observe how you feel and move in the water,
identify the challenges that are holding you back,
and then work together to overcome them.
Everyone’s relationship with water is different,
so every student receives a customized approach.
No rushing.
No forcing.
We’ll work at your pace,
until you’re ready to discover a new world beneath the surface. 🐋💙
