This Year’s First Lanyu Trip | Making the Best of the Challenges 🌊

That sunshine you see in the photos?

It was summoned back by the collective power of everyone’s lifelong manifestation skills. 🤣☀️

We had been looking forward to an entire trip of boat dives,
but the southwest monsoon had other plans
and turned our boat-diving adventure
into a full-on shore-diving trip instead. 😂

But honestly…

It looks like everyone still had a pretty great time!

Lanyu was actually quite generous to us these past few days,
giving us crystal-clear, current-free dive sites.

As for the waves…

Let’s just say the southwest monsoon was being pretty polite. 😂🌊

Every trip reminds us once again:

Plans never go exactly as expected.

But somehow,
the unexpected moments
are often the ones we remember the longest.

So, for us,
the opening act of this summer
definitely passed the test. 😂❤️
