Try Freediving
For those who want to bravely give it a try- Features
- Course Duration: 2-2.5 hours
- Location: Pool or seaside (for those who are extremely afraid of water, a pool is recommended)
- Participants: Individuals in good physical and mental health with no cardiovascular diseases
- Course Fee: NT$2500 per person (certificate available upon completion of the course)
- Fee Includes: Equipment rental, venue rental, venue insurance, and course photo/video documentation.
- Note: The certificate is only a keepsake and does not serve as proof of completing a formal freediving course required by any venue!

Description
Suitable for: Individuals who are curious about freediving but unsure if it's right for them and want to experience it first.
There is no pressure of exams; all you need to do is immerse yourself and feel everything in the water. Learn the basics of underwater body coordination and develop an instinctive relationship with the water. With guidance, you can experience the serenity of floating in water, akin to floating in space. Through this experience course, you will develop water skills and basic diving instincts!
🌟 Hengchun Area Experience
- Whale Watching Location: Search "Whale Watch Freediving" on Google
- Dive Location: Depending on sea conditions, those who are afraid of water are recommended to try a pool experience
- Duration: 3-4 hours
- Price: $3000/person
- Group Size: One person can start the class
🌟 Taipei Area Experience
- Pool Location: Nangang Sports Center or Songshan Sports Center
- Duration: 3-4 hours
- Price: $3500/person
- Group Size: One person can start the class
No pressure of assessments, just focus on feeling everything in the water, starting to develop basic body coordination underwater, and understanding the instinctive relationship with water. Under guidance, you will experience the peaceful sensation of floating in space while underwater.
Through this experience course, you will develop water comfort and basic diving instincts!
⚠️ The above fees include: SSI International Certification, access to a dedicated app, digital certification, instructor fees, sea area insurance during the course, and GoPro recording.
⚠️ Whale Watch does not include transportation, accommodation, or meals. All expenses are self-managed.
⚠️ The experience certification cannot be used as proof of having taken formal freediving courses at any institution! It is only for commemorative purposes and can be shown when enrolling in future advanced Whale Watch courses.
