Target Audience:
Must be at least 12 years old and have completed the SSI Basic Underwater Dance certification!

The Advanced Course is designed to enhance the fluidity and quality of your underwater body movements and choreography combinations.
If you want to move more gracefully and flexibly in the water, mastering stability is key. The advanced techniques in this course will definitely be worth your investment!

This Advanced Underwater Dance Course focuses on enhancing students' body movements in the water and improving the integrity and quality of dance combinations. It will guide students to create and perform more complex underwater dance routines using advanced techniques. The course also aims to help students flow more fluidly and gracefully in the water with sufficient stability.
